Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to protect the connecting rod of the excavator working device by using the traditional centralized lubrication scheme,According to the characteristics of connecting rod structure, the improved scheme of connecting rod centralized lubrication is put forward, in which the oil channel is processed inside the connecting rod instead of the traditional centralized lubricating oil pipe.The manufacturing process of internal oil passage of connecting rod is also given.The improvement scheme of connecting rod centralized lubrication has been compared with manual lubrication and traditional centralized lubrication. The results show that the improved scheme of connecting rod centralized lubrication completely solves the protection problem of traditional centralized lubrication of tubing and distributor.No exposed tubing, centralized lubrication, the overall layout is simple and beautiful;After 1 year of use in the construction site, there is no damage of connecting rod centralized lubrication parts. The lubrication system runs well and the efficiency is greatly improved.The operator hopes that the enthusiasm of the installation of centralized lubrication on the excavator has been greatly improved.For the connecting rod which has the condition of processing the internal oil passage, the improved centralized lubrication scheme of connecting rod has better popularization value.

In order to solve the problems of excavator bucket’s action response and excavating force during operation, the kinematics and mechanics models of three different types of connecting bucket link rod mechanisms were established, and the excavating characteristic parameters such as the motion trajectory, response speed and maximum excavating force of the corresponding bucket were studied.The research results show that the buckets controlled by different linkage mechanisms have different excavation characteristics and working efficiency, but their excavation characteristics are consistent with the soil cutting characteristics.
