(1) BOOKING space -- The consignor, in accordance with the provisions of the trade contract or the letter of credit, fills in the CONTAINER BOOKING NOTE within a certain time before the shipment of the goods, entrusts its agent or directly applies to the shipping company for BOOKING space.
(2) for the shipping, shipping company or agent according to their own capacity, route details such as considering the requirements of the shipper, decided to accept it or not, the acceptance of application on the list of set out to make up for tank, then distribute container yard (CY), container freight station (CFS), which arrange empty container and cargo delivery.
(3) Release of empty containers -- usually the empty containers of FCL cargo are picked up by the consignor to the container terminal yard, and some cargo owners have their own containers;Empty containers for LCL cargo shall be picked up by the container freight station.
(4) LCL packing -- the consignor will deliver less than a full CONTAINER of goods to the freight station, the freight station is responsible for packing according to the booking list and terminal receipt, and then the packing person prepared the CONTAINER LOAD PLAN.
(5) FCL handover -- The consignor is responsible for packing and shipping the FCL with customs seal to CY.CY check DOCK RECEIPT D/R and packing list against booking manifest.
(6) Container handover Visa --CY or CFS will sign the receipt for acceptance of the goods and/or boxes and return the signed D/R to the consignor.
(7) Exchange BILL OF LADING - the shipper by D/R to the container TRANSPORT operator or its agent in exchange for a COMBINED TRANSPORT BILL OF LADING, and then go to the bank for the purchase.
(8) Loading -- The container working area shall make a loading plan according to the loading situation, and adjust the boxes to be shipped to the storage yard in front of the container terminal. After the ship docks, it can be loaded for shipment.
